Terms & Conditions of Digital Camera Rentals

DigitalRentalCameras.com and Its Owners Collectively known as "DigitalRentalCameras.com". DigitalRentalCameras.com reserves the right to cancel at our discretion any order that seems suspicious in anyway. You must fax or scan and email a copy of your driver's license and credit card us after placing the order. DigitalRentalCameras.com is not responsible for the picture quality or the type of photos your and your guests take with the cameras. You agree our liability may never exceed the amount of consideration you paid for rental use of the cameras. DigitalRentalCameras.com will upload the photos to a link on our web site which we will send you to download all of the photos in a zip file. You can send the link to any of your friends and family that you want to receive the photos. You agree DigitalRentalCameras.com is in no way responsible for the photos in the zip file, because these photos were taken by you and your guests, which DigitalRentalCameras.com had no editorial control over.

You agree that the penalty automatically charged to your credit card is $99 per day for not returning the rental cameras to FedEx with the return label the next business day after the event. You must call FedEx in advance and tell them where to pick up the cameras. Someone must sign for the shipment to go out with FedEx. You agree that if your credit card is declined that you will immediately make payment in another form within 3 days time. You agree that you will pay any court and collection costs for any amount due, or any items not returned, after 7 days.

Each box of 10 digital cameras is valued at over $1,000 and is insured by FedEx for $1,000 to protect you during shipping. However, once the digital cameras are received from FedEx you take full responsibility for them. You agree to notify and email damage photos immediately to DigitalRentalCameras.com the day you receive the digital cameras, or you agree that you will be responsible for the damages. You agree that you will pay for each missing or damaged camera or accessory, and that your credit card will automatically be charged $119 for each digital camera, $10 for each missing SD Card, $50 for a missing camera case, and $10 for each missing set of batteries. You agree that if your credit card is declined that you will immediately make payment in another form within 3 days time. You agree that you will pay any court and collection costs for any amount due, or any items not returned, after 7 days.
